RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We hope you will gladly use the carefully designed and produced Giyi product. If your product becomes unusable for any reason, you can be sure that we will do our best to repair it or replace it with a new one. Please note that every product must be approved by our Customer Service team.
In order to start the return or repair process, please send an email to hello@giyiworld.com with a photo of your product and your invoice.
Return
Products can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order without notice and without any penalty. In this context, if you send the product you want to return through the shipping company we have reported on our website, you will not be charged for the return. Otherwise, the price of the product will be returned to you by reducing the shipping price. In credit card returns, refund is made to the credit card in accordance with the payment.
We are unable to provide a refund or exchange if 14 days have passed since you received your order, or if your return request has not been approved by our Customer Service team (if the product has been used in any way, the return request is not confirmed).
Your product must not be used for return or exchange and must be in its original packaging in which it was sent to you.
We ask that you add your order number, invoice, and a small note to why you returned your product, in your return package; such feedbacks are very valuable for us to improve our products and service.
In addition, your e-mail regarding your return request will be replied within 24 hours during weekday and if it is sent on the weekend, it will be replied on the first business day, and detailed information about how to ship your product will be shared with you.
Exchange
If the product you received is not what you expected in any way (if you wish to change the size, model, color), we will be glad to exchange it. If you send us an email from hello@giyiworld.com , we will assist you as much as we can for your new order.
Refund (if accepted)
If your product return is accepted after the check, we will send you an informative email. If your return is accepted, your refund will be made as soon as possible, based on your original payment choice.
If you have not received a refund, we ask that you contact your bank first. Refunds may take longer depending on the transaction processes of your bank or credit card company. If you still haven't received your refund after talking to your bank and credit card company, we ask that you email us at hello@giyiworld.com .
Gift
If the product you have received is sent directly to you as a gift and you want to return the gift, you will receive a gift voucher as much as the order amount. When we receive your returned gift, we will send you a notification email regarding the process.
If the product was not marked as a gift when purchasing or if the purchaser ordered the gift on their behalf to give you later, you can exchange the product with a different one. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns if any of the above unacceptable conditions occurred.
